For our client, a company with an international reputation recognised for the quality, reliability and innovation of its solutions and technical equipment dedicated to the leisure and entertainment sector, we are looking for a Mechanical After-Sales Service Engineer EPF/HES, responsible for ensuring the technical follow-up of its installations, support for its clients as well as quality control and continuous improvement of its products.

Your tasks with your new employer

• Provide technical support and after-sales service to our clients and partners
• Analyse technical problems encountered on our installations and propose suitable and sustainable solutions
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic and electrical malfunctions
• Participate in problem resolution on site, in collaboration with internal teams and clients
• Ensure follow-up of interventions, repairs and technical improvements
• Participate in quality control and continuous improvement of our products
• Collaborate with engineering, production and assembly departments to optimise the reliability of our installations
• Write technical reports and ensure follow-up of after-sales service files

You offer your new employer

• Engineering training EPF/HES in mechanical engineering or equivalent training
• Strong knowledge of mechanics and construction, especially machine elements
• Good knowledge of pneumatics, electricity and welded mechanical construction
• Experience in after-sales service, maintenance, commissioning or technical diagnosis: an asset
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• A taste for fieldwork, technical matters and solution finding
• A sense of responsibility, rigour, precision and autonomy
• Good team spirit and ease in communication with clients and various departments
• Availability for business travel, according to the needs of the position
