Junior Application Specialist: ServiceNow 50%

Your main tasks
- Ensuring the operation and availability of ServiceNow according to the service level
- Continuous development and optimisation of existing ServiceNow solutions
- Regular coordination with platform and process owners as well as managers to develop suitable solutions for different needs and goals
- Operational management, coordination, and communication with the external implementation partner and external service providers
- Supporting service owners and catalog editors according to technical possibilities
- Planning, reviewing, testing, and implementing release upgrades in ServiceNow
- Implementing various strategically important projects, always focusing on the user experience
Your profile
- You have at least 2 years of experience in IT application operations and want to specialise in the ServiceNow area
- You see your strengths and development goals in optimising IT processes through workflows
- You are able to develop solutions holistically, are very capable of learning, and quickly recognise connections
- You enjoy communicating with customers and have a confident manner
- You plan your tasks sensibly, prioritise them consistently, and thus ensure guaranteed services
- You are a team player, like to take responsibility, and are characterised by a strong customer orientation
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
