- Active implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) within the development process
- Responsible for initial sample testing (PPAP/PPF) of new items
- Implementation of quality planning relevant aspects during changes, including PPAP/PPF
- Coordination and handling of customer complaints using 8D
- Coordination and handling of supplier complaints
- Conducting internal audits and supplier audits according to VDA 6.3
- Participation in and/or co-organisation of customer audits
Profile:
- Technical education (preferably a technical degree in mechanical engineering, etc.)
- Experience in quality and process management; metal industry advantageous
- Good knowledge of Automotive Core Tools
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
- Confident German and very good English skills, both spoken and written
- Confidence in dealing with customers and suppliers
- Training as an internal auditor ISO 19011 (VDA 6.3 advantageous)
- Confident use of MS Office and good SAP, CAQ knowledge
