Bring your organisational talent and service orientation to the Continuing Education Centre Canton Lucerne. As a central hub, you coordinate the administrative tasks around our diverse courses. Your tasks
- You ensure smooth administrative organisation of our continuing education offerings - from scheduling to the graduation ceremony.
- As a service-oriented contact person, you competently support students, course managers and lecturers.
- You professionally advise interested students about our offerings.
- You reliably and proactively organise information events, final exams, meetings and other appointments.
- Together with the course managers and school management, you further develop our offerings and contribute your ideas to the digitalisation of our processes.
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education and bring valuable knowledge with your already gained professional experience.
- You use Microsoft 365 and digital tools routinely in your daily work.
- You work independently, in a structured manner and like to take responsibility - even with several simultaneous tasks you keep an overview.
- In exchange with different contacts, you convince with your communicative and solution-oriented manner - personally, in writing and on the phone.
- You enjoy learning new things and are interested in the topic of education.
