About the job
Technology that works goes almost unnoticed - until it no longer does. That’s exactly why we need you. As a Technical Expert in Plant Operations, you ensure behind the scenes that our plants run reliably, faults are resolved quickly, and operations remain stable in the long term. You are close to the technology, close to the people, and take responsibility where it really matters. In a collegial environment with plenty of scope for action, you contribute your expertise, think along, and make a difference – every day. Sounds exciting? Then send us your documents and answer the questions in the application form; we do not require a cover letter.
What to expect
- As the first point of contact, you take care of technical customer concerns as well as complex faults in plant operations.
- You analyse demanding fault cases in energy and building technology systems and develop sustainable, practical solutions.
- You take on telephone technical support (First Level), receive fault and error reports, and qualify them purposefully.
- In close cooperation with dispatching, internal specialist departments, and external partners, you implement measures efficiently.
- You check, optimise, and further develop plants to ensure efficient and economical operation.
- You accompany active fault management from root cause analysis to permanent resolution.
- You carefully maintain and update plant and master data in the asset management system.
- You take on versatile administrative tasks and work independently with a high degree of personal responsibility.
What you bring
- You have completed training in HVAC / building technology and ideally further training as a technician HF or maintenance specialist.
- You already have several years of experience in service, operation, or maintenance of HVAC or energy technology systems.
- Very good knowledge of hydraulics as well as control, measurement, and regulation technology is part of your professional toolkit.
- You work analytically, independently, and take responsibility – even when things get complex.
- A service-oriented manner, strong communication skills, and confident assertiveness characterise you.
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, confident use of MS Office, and ideally experience with GLS or comparable systems complete your profile.
