- Responding to customer enquiries regarding products and services by telephone
- Identifying sales opportunities and exploiting them as actively as possible
- Scheduling appointments for personalised advice
Call Center Agent FR - ALL 100%
Your profile:- Completed initial training or equivalent qualification
- Good experience in customer service, a call centre or sales
- Fluency in French and very good knowledge of German (min. C1) or English and Italian
- Very comfortable with digital technology and quick to familiarise with new systems
- Flexibility regarding working hours (including occasional Saturdays)
- Residing in the region
