As Supervisor Injection Moulding & Assembly, you accompany and support the employees with your professional expertise, organise and optimise processes in the injection moulding and assembly areas, and ensure a smooth production flow.

Your main tasks

• Organising and optimising the workflows and processes within your area of responsibility in injection moulding and assembly
• Professional leadership and technical coaching of employees
• Ensuring the flow of information and communication within and outside the team
• Managing materials and order processing
• Identifying and reporting product and process deviations
• Implementing all GMP guidelines, including safety regulations

Your profile

• Completed basic EFZ training, further education in an industrial environment is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in shift work in a comparable role and willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Technical understanding, ERP knowledge (SAP advantageous) as well as practical and cross-departmental thinking and acting
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, high quality awareness and willingness to take responsibility
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least B2)
