We want to further expand our quality department and are looking for a committed individual to ensure and continuously improve internal and external quality standards. You are the central contact person for quality-related customer concerns and work closely with the internal specialist departments. You contribute to developing sustainable solutions and strengthening customer satisfaction in the long term.

What you do

• Support and coordination of customer complaints as well as preparation of 8D reports
• Customer communication in the complaint process
• Monitoring of internal and external complaints
• Support in planning and conducting internal audits to ensure quality requirements
• Monitoring and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions as well as checking their effectiveness
• Conducting and moderating fault analyses together with the specialist departments
• Support and accompaniment of certification and customer audits
• Analysis of complaint trends and derivation of sustainable improvement measures
• Further development of the complaint process and the 8D methodology
• Support in the implementation and further development of quality standards
• Participation in cross-departmental quality and improvement projects

What you bring

• Mechanical or electrotechnical basic training (electrician, automation technician or comparable)
• Advanced training at HF / FH level in quality management or a comparable additional qualification
• Experience in complaint management, ideally also in escalation management
• Experience with root cause analyses and problem-solving methods is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Independent, structured and quality-conscious working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Confident manner towards customers and internal contacts
• Very good communication and moderation skills
• Willingness to familiarise yourself with energy technology and develop further with us
