About the job
Proactif.ch offers training and coaching services for a diverse audience, whose common denominator is a desire for (re-)integration and professional or social inclusion. Guided by our values – kindness, passionate commitment, and collaboration – we pursue our mission to provide personalised, effective, and innovative training and support. Together, we work every day to offer relevant solutions as close as possible to our clients, to the best of our expertise and awareness.
Our DYS, ADHD, ASD team consists of dedicated trainer-coaches specialised in supporting these disorders. Partners of the AI offices, and aligned with values of kindness, respect for the individual, and equal opportunities, we offer a specific programme aimed at supporting students, apprentices and adults in professional reintegration during their training journey.
Our mission is to support each learner with professionalism, empathy, and responding as closely as possible to their needs, aspirations, and resources.
To strengthen our new team at the Fribourg site, we are looking for DYS trainer-coaches wishing to dedicate part of their professional activity to supporting people with learning disorders.
