About the job
The tasks to be accomplished are:
1 IT tender management
1.1 Prepare and conduct tender procedures in accordance with the intercantonal agreement on public procurement (AIMP)
1.2 Ensure the production of tender documents (market description, evaluation criteria, specifications, analysis matrix, etc.)
1.3 Publish tenders and related documents, respond to bidders' questions, publish the award on the simap platform and notify bidders
1.4 Participate in the evaluation of bids and the preparation of award decisions
2 IT contract management
2.1 Ensure verification (if necessary, request external legal advice) and administrative follow-up of IT contracts
2.2 Monitor contractual deadlines (renewals, extensions, terminations)
2.3 Contribute to contract negotiations within the framework of contract renewals
3 Preparation of expenditure commitment decisions
3.1 Draft expenditure commitment documents and decision projects
4 IT order management (in collaboration with the Administration function)
4.1 Process IT orders and ensure follow-up with suppliers
4.2 Verify invoice compliance with contractual commitments
5 Management of standard request processes
5.1 Manage and update standard request processes related to IT services in ServiceNow (hardware, software, services) and support users in processing requests
5.2 Ensure proper application of internal procedures.
Profile:
1 Skills in producing administrative documents and managing IT procurement
2 Understanding of IT environments (hardware, software, IT services) and ability to collaborate with technical contacts
3 Good knowledge of SAP in supplier order management, certified by a diploma or certificate
4 Good knowledge of ITIL processes, certified by a certificate
5 Ability to manage a complete procurement cycle (bids, orders, contracting), certified by a diploma or certificate
6 Knowledge of the applicable legal framework (Code of Obligations, Public Procurement Act and Ordinance) and public financial management.
Legal residence within 80 kilometres or less from Sion
Willingness to work 100% on-site in Sion
Availability to start the assignment on 1 January 2027
Swiss nationality or holding a C permit settlement authorisation
Legally domiciled in Switzerland
Native French speaker or perfect command of French (level C2).
