Your tasks – our position
- You are co-responsible for the entire recruitment process – from defining needs to signing the contract – and advise managers as an equal sparring partner.
- You conduct and support structured interviews, coordinate selection processes and professionally guide candidates through all phases of recruitment.
- You write innovative and attractive job advertisements and publish them on appropriate recruitment channels.
- You actively contribute to the development, optimisation and expansion of our recruitment activities.
- You also develop our HR marketing activities, for example by:
- participating in welcome days and interacting with new employees,
- organising and representing the institution at fairs, events or university days,
- proposing new ideas to authentically and attractively showcase medical, nursing, technical and administrative professions.
Your skills – our expectations
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / recruitment, including conducting interviews in Switzerland (preferably in the healthcare sector).
- Extensive experience in active sourcing and social recruiting.
- Enjoyment in communicating, storytelling and developing networks.
- Structured and autonomous working method, with a desire to evolve and optimise processes, as well as a creative mindset.
- Native German speaker with very good knowledge of French (min. B2) is mandatory.
