Your mission:
Leveraging your expertise in Active Directory, you will manage, secure, maintain, and enhance our diverse AD environments as part of a collaborative and agile team. To enable you to carry out this task independently and competently, you will be trained as an Air Traffic Safety Electronics Personnel (ATSEP) as part of a two-year induction and training programme. Your tasks:
Manage and secure on-premises Active Directory environments, including OU structure, GPOs, and user and computer provisioning with a focus on security best practices
Harden and monitor AD infrastructure, enforce least privilege access, respond to security events, and collaborate with cybersecurity teams on SIEM and IAM integrations
Support AD lifecycle operations, including audits, upgrades, migrations, and documentation of architecture and configurations
Ensure related solutions design, build and deployment
Technically manage and operate AD services to ensure availability
Ensure the documentation is up to date
What we are looking for:
At least 5 years' experience as System Administrator or System Engineer
Practical experience with Microsoft Active Directory, ideally in a security context or critical environment
A proven track record in IT security field
Resilience: You allocate your energy and resources sustainably, and persist in working toward goals despite challenges and setbacks
Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyse problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
Fluent in English; French and German are an asset
