Leadership and strategic direction of a technical delivery unit within a modern service organisation.
Implementation of demanding customer mandates, infrastructure transformations, and digital rollouts including resource and deployment planning.
Integration of support, customer service, cloud engineering, and technical implementation for seamless service delivery.
Establishment of efficient working models, binding quality standards, and clean handover processes.
Promotion of a high-performance team culture as well as development of know-how, personal responsibility, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Advanced technical training or academic degree with a technological or business focus.
Many years of professional experience in IT organisations, ideally complemented by leadership practice.
Broad understanding of modern Microsoft and cloud ecosystems, such as Azure, Entra ID, Intune, or Endpoint Management.
Experience with IT service models, process design, standardisation, and customer-oriented service delivery.
Confident demeanour, high social competence, strong implementation skills, very good German, and good English.
