Recognised and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialised in providing administrative and managerial staff, temporary and permanent, in numerous economic sectors such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions. We are looking to recruit a Corporate Actions Specialist Funds fr-ang for a 6-month reinforcement mission.

Mission:

• Analysis and management of Corporate Actions on Funds
• Notification to RMs and execution of instructions
• Accounting and reconciliation of Securities and Cash
• Management of suspense items, controls and reporting

Profile

• Ideally banking CFC or similar, native French speaker and fluent English
• 3 to 5 years of successful experience in Corporate Actions in a Swiss bank
• Good knowledge of financial products, advanced Excel and comfortable with banking tools
• Organised, precise, flexible and good team spirit.
• Valid work permit in Switzerland and available immediately for 6 months
