Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH as Vocational Trainer
Within our clinic, we value collaboration on an equal footing and personal contact within the interprofessional treatment team. We offer you a varied and exciting role in which you can develop your nursing expertise and your experience in supporting trainees, and actively shape the next steps of your professional career.You will take on
- Responsibility for the professional care and support of our patients and their relatives
- Implementation of the nursing process from admission to discharge in the sense of primary nursing
- Guidance and support of trainees in their individual learning process, the development of nursing competencies and the achievement of their training goals
- Close collaboration with the educational supervisors within the clinic and the vocational trainers at the Münsterlingen Cantonal Hospital
- Goal- and solution-oriented cooperation within the interprofessional treatment team
You bring with you
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Several years of professional experience as well as experience in caring for oncological and/or palliative patients in an acute hospital in Switzerland
- Further training as a vocational trainer and/or willingness to complete this
- Strong organisational skills, resilience and high social competence as well as a respectful approach to others
- High communication skills and the ability to contribute as a leader and role model within the team
- Process- and solution-oriented thinking and responsible action for a committed, well-coordinated treatment team
