Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH as Vocational Trainer

You will take on

• Responsibility for the professional care and support of our patients and their relatives
• Implementation of the nursing process from admission to discharge in the sense of primary nursing
• Guidance and support of trainees in their individual learning process, the development of nursing competencies and the achievement of their training goals
• Close collaboration with the educational supervisors within the clinic and the vocational trainers at the Münsterlingen Cantonal Hospital
• Goal- and solution-oriented cooperation within the interprofessional treatment team

You bring with you

• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
• Several years of professional experience as well as experience in caring for oncological and/or palliative patients in an acute hospital in Switzerland
• Further training as a vocational trainer and/or willingness to complete this
• Strong organisational skills, resilience and high social competence as well as a respectful approach to others
• High communication skills and the ability to contribute as a leader and role model within the team
• Process- and solution-oriented thinking and responsible action for a committed, well-coordinated treatment team
