Recognised and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialising in the provision of administrative staff and executives, temporary and permanent, in numerous economic sectors such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions. We wish to recruit a Commercial Employee with Federal VET Diploma specialised in Fiduciary Services (M/F)

Mission:

• Ensure the administrative and accounting management of client mandates;
• Enter accounting entries and monitor accounts;
• Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual closings;
• Prepare VAT returns;
• Manage creditors, debtors and banking operations;
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of client files;
• Participate in the preparation of tax declarations for individuals and legal entities;
• Work closely with mandate managers and fiduciary experts.

Profile

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee, ideally complemented by experience in fiduciary services;
• Proven experience in a similar position in Switzerland;
• Good knowledge of general accounting and VAT;
• Comfortable using IT tools and accounting software;
• Excellent command of French, any other language is an asset;
• Person who is rigorous, organised, discreet and has a good sense of responsibility;
• Ability to manage several files simultaneously and meet deadlines.
