Role:

In this position, you will accompany demanding energy and building technology projects from the initial customer consultation to successful implementation and commissioning. You develop individual solutions for modern energy services, coordinate internal and external project partners, and ensure economic realisation. With your technical understanding and strong customer orientation, you make an important contribution to the further development of sustainable energy solutions and innovative services.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting and support of customers, investors, planners, electrical installers, and solar technicians in the areas of ZEV, e-mobility, contracting, as well as heating and water billing

• Development of customer-specific energy concepts and support throughout the entire offer and contract process

• Acquisition of new customers and building long-term business relationships in the field of modern energy services

• Management of technical projects from planning through coordination to successful commissioning

• Review and assessment of measurement concepts as well as support of construction sites and technical implementations

• Coordination of all project participants to ensure quality, deadlines, and economic efficiency

• Execution of commissioning of technical systems and ensuring a professional handover to operations

• Support of ongoing plant operations with technical questions and optimisation potentials

• Participation in the further development of processes, services, and product solutions with a focus on heating and water applications

• Incorporation of market and customer requirements for continuous improvement of the offer portfolio

Qualifications:

• Completed technical basic training in the field of electrical engineering, building technology, energy technology, or comparable

• Further education at HF/FH level or an equivalent technical qualification is an advantage

• Solid technical understanding and ideally experience in the fields of electrical installation, building or energy technology

• Good commercial understanding and ability to assess technical solutions economically

• Experience in managing and implementing technical projects

• Knowledge in the areas of ZEV, e-mobility, smart metering, or energy services is an advantage

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and confident appearance in customer environments

• Entrepreneurial thinking and enthusiasm for developing new solutions

• Driving licence category B
