Packaging Engineer 80-100%
For our site in Yverdon-les-Bains or in Muntelier, we are looking for a Packaging Engineer 80–100%.
What we are looking for:

You design and develop sterile packaging solutions for medical devices, including blister and pouch systems, ensuring optimal product protection, functionality, and patient safety

You are responsible for packaging validation, including seal integrity, shelf-life studies, and sterilization-related requirements

You manage packaging development projects from concept through industrialization, coordinating timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams

You act as a technical point of contact for our customers, providing packaging expertise and building long-term, trust-based partnerships
What makes you a great fit :

Degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field

Proven experience in sterile packaging design and validation, ideally within the medical device industry

Strong project management skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach

Good knowledge of relevant packaging and sterilization standards, including EN ISO 11607, EN ISO 11135, EN ISO 11137, and EN ISO 11737

Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
