Service Technician (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our ROCKEN partner handles the complete repair process for defective medical technology instruments. They are an innovative, successful service company in medical technology.
Role:
In this varied position, you are responsible in the field service for the installation, maintenance and repair of medical technology devices. You support customers on site and by phone, work closely with the sales team, and ensure the smooth operation of the devices.
Responsibilities:
Installation, maintenance and repair of medical technology devices at the customer’s site
Carrying out safety inspections including documentation
Expert customer support on site and by phone
Close cooperation with the sales team for optimal customer care
Ensuring high-quality and timely service execution
Qualifications:
Completed technical training
Several years of experience in technical field service, ideally in the medical technology sector
Very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
Precise, clean and solution-oriented working style
Driving licence category B and willingness to travel
