Do you want to actively help shape modern IT workplaces and support users with your technical know-how? In this varied role, you combine IT support, client engineering, and Microsoft technologies to ensure a secure, stable, and future-oriented IT operation.
Responsibilities:
You are the first point of contact for employees and handle IT requests in 1st and 2nd level support.
You analyse and resolve incidents and service requests and ensure smooth operation of the client infrastructure.
You support and manage Windows workstations and devices with Microsoft Intune and continuously develop the client environment.
You administer Active Directory (On-Premises and Azure AD/Entra ID) as well as Microsoft 365 and manage users, groups, and permissions.
You assist with topics related to network, printers, telephony, and IT security.
You contribute your own ideas and actively participate in the digitalisation and continuous optimisation of the IT landscape.
You document solutions and work closely with internal departments.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or have a comparable qualification.
You have several years of experience in 1st/2nd level support and in supporting end users.
You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and ideally Microsoft Intune.
You have experience with Active Directory (On-Premises and Azure AD/Entra ID).
You work independently, in a structured and service-oriented manner.
You have very good German language skills.
