On behalf of our clients, OK JOB Médical Neuchâtel is seeking Community Health and Care Assistants (ASSC) for short or long-term assignments in the canton of Neuchâtel.
Community Health and Care Assistant
- Holder of the Federal VET Diploma as Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC).
- Adaptability and strong team spirit.
- Organisational skills and thoroughness in following care protocols.
- Empathy, discretion and respect for professional confidentiality.
- Perform medical-technical care: capillary and venous sampling, medication administration, subcutaneous injections and simple wound care
- Participate in the daily support of patients and residents: hygiene and comfort care, assistance during meals and mobility aid
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in clinical condition
- Manage medical equipment stock and disinfect devices
- Accurately enter information into the patient’s electronic record (EPR)
- Provide psychological support to patients and residents and help maintain a trusting relationship with families
- Work closely with the entire multidisciplinary team
