To strengthen the sales team, we are looking for a committed, customer-oriented, and articulate personality for sales support.

Your Tasks

• Competent advice and support of customers by telephone and e-mail
• Recording, processing, and monitoring of customer orders
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations
• Support and assistance of specialist retail partners as well as key customers in close cooperation with the field sales team
• Handling complaints and returns as well as developing customer-oriented solutions
• Management and processing of orders via the online shop
• Maintenance of customer, article, and price data in the ERP system
• Close cooperation with production, logistics, purchasing, and field sales
• General administrative tasks in sales support

Your Profile

• Completed commercial basic training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in sales support or a comparable function
• Confident German as well as very good French skills in spoken and written form
• English and/or Italian skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications and ideally experience with an ERP system
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of daily customer contact
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Team spirit, flexibility, and a positive, engaging personality
