Head of Sales and Consulting Healthcare, Location Zurich-Binz

Tasks

• You lead the Sales and Consulting department with overall responsibility for staff and target achievement.
• You are responsible for the economic, customer-oriented and professionally correct management of bed allocation as well as ensuring the utilisation and sales of all offers and beds.
• You ensure that the admission and transfer processes of residents are implemented efficiently, with high quality and in accordance with applicable regulations, including the review of complex files and ensuring cost approvals.
• You drive the strategic development of the area forward and are responsible for implementing sustainable measures as well as leading cross-departmental projects.
• You promote cross-departmental collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, maintain effective interface management and competently and solution-orientedly advise referrers and external bodies.

Profile

• Good negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, service orientation, flexibility and high organisational skills
• Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad and several years of professional experience in acute care
• Completed CAS Healthcare Management or equivalent as well as further training in leadership and several years of leadership experience
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT skills (Word, Excel)
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to think networked and innovatively and high resilience

The annual salary for this position ranges depending on experience between CHF 113,388.– and CHF 151,510.– (100%).
