La Castalie is growing! As part of our move to new premises, we are opening two new care units and recruiting for our Monthey site, from 1 February 2027,

nurses

Main duties:

• Provide necessary care to adults with multiple disabilities and ensure their health monitoring during the day
• Supervise care services provided by support staff
• Work closely with the nursing, educational and interdisciplinary team
• Participate in medical visits, multidisciplinary networks and keep the digital records of the people supported up to date
• Undertake weekend on-call duties and night telephone standby

Key requirements for the role:

• Nursing diploma or Red Cross recognition
• Experience in supporting people with disabilities would be an asset
• Proven coordination skills in care and network work
• Initiative and a sense of responsibility
• Empathy for people with disabilities and excellent interpersonal skills
