In this role, you take on a responsible position with a high degree of independence. You are responsible for a versatile and exciting range of tasks in which you can apply your skills. Responsibilities:
You support colleagues with questions regarding Windows, M365 and mobile devices.
You record requests, assess their urgency and accompany them until resolution.
You set up notebooks, smartphones, tablets and accessories and configure them.
You accompany entries, exits, relocations and the exchange of work equipment.
You participate in international workplace initiatives and technical rollouts.
Qualifications:
You have an IT education, for example as an ICT specialist or IT systems technician.
You bring initial experience in technical customer service; career starters are also welcome.
You are familiar with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
You enjoy working with people and convince through patience and empathy.
You work in an organised, solution-oriented manner and enjoy working in an international team.
