Mission
Within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, you support patients in developing their skills and flourishing through sewing and textile creation activities. You develop and carry out creative, innovative, and trendy projects, adapted to the abilities and interests of the people you support. Autonomous and project-oriented, you enjoy experimenting, exploring trends, and mixing concepts, within a framework offering great freedom of action and initiative. The creation, production, and sale of crafted items, notably through social networks, are also an integral part of your mandate.
Your profile
- You hold an MSP or ASP diploma, or are motivated to train in this field.
- You have solid expertise in sewing and textile creation and enjoy sharing your passion.
- Proficient in social media.
- You are an autonomous, creative, dynamic, and adaptable person.
- You know how to adjust your support to the abilities and needs of the workers.
- You are comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate listening skills, flexibility, and empathy.
- Experience in supporting vulnerable populations, especially in psychiatric contexts, is an asset.
- You are sensitive to the values of inclusion, integration, and empowerment through activity.
- Sense of responsibility, team spirit, and commitment to quality care.
