What is my role?
Operating our rail-bound track construction cranes for the renewal of track systems
Supporting the team as a load slinger
Work preparation: prior site inspections with expertise for crane deployment
Assisting with maintenance and repair work on machines at the construction sites
Carrying out overhaul work on machines in winter at the maintenance locations
Adhering to quality and safety regulations on the construction sites and in operations
Careful handling and diligent maintenance of machines and work equipment
Place of work: Entire Switzerland
What do I need to be successful?
Technical apprenticeship as a polymechanic/machine locksmith, agricultural machinery, lorry or construction machinery mechanic, as well as electrician/electrical fitter and automation technician
Crane operator licence category A
Experience with diesel engines and hydraulic units is an advantage
Safe behaviour in the track area
Reliability and punctuality as well as willingness for changing working hours and locations
High commitment and ability to work in a team
Physical resilience and accustomed to working outdoors
Car driving licence (and a vehicle) required for travel to the construction sites
Good German skills are an advantage
