Your tasks

• As a driving force in our "Digital Business & Experience" department, you actively shape Visana's digital transformation.
• Hand in hand with the Product Owner and the Development Team, you take our output solutions (Series/M) to the next level.
• You form the crucial interface between business and IT.
• You analyse, structure, specify requirements and always proactively involve your stakeholders.
• Thanks to your methodological strength and quality awareness, you accompany the entire development process and ensure sustainable and economical solutions.

Your profile

• You have a solid education in (business) informatics (e.g. HF, FH, university) and have already proven yourself in requirements engineering. Ideally, you bring experience in output management.
• You are fascinated by deciphering complex specialist needs and transforming them into well-thought-out system requirements.
• As a communicative team player, you network effortlessly within the company.

• You manage to prepare your results appropriately for the target audience and present them convincingly.
• Practical experience in agile software development, entrepreneurial foresight, a high quality standard, and business fluent German (spoken and written) complete your profile.
