Specialist in Finance and Accounting (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role as a Specialist in Finance and Accounting, you will undertake a versatile and responsible position in a creatively demanding and innovation-driven environment. You will work in a collegial, helpful, and well-coordinated team and can apply and further develop your expertise daily. Responsibilities:
- You independently manage the accounting of a subsidiary with around 15 employees
- In this role, you work in the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial accounting of the parent company
- As a Specialist in Finance and Accounting, you prepare VAT returns
- You reconcile balance sheet and profit and loss accounts
- In this role, you contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as audits
- As a Specialist in Finance and Accounting, you support special projects, the head of accounting, and perform administrative tasks in the finance department
Qualifications:
- You have completed further training as an accounting clerk
- Ideally, you have further training as a specialist in finance and accounting
- You have several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
- You are well acquainted with Swiss VAT
- You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner and are interested in process optimisation and digitalisation
- You have very good German skills; English and other foreign languages are an advantage
