Your main tasks
- Care of patients of all ages with acute and chronic illnesses as well as complex addiction issues in an interdisciplinary team
- Ensuring patient-oriented, professional nursing including individually tailored discharge management
- Responsibility for planning, controlling and further developing the nursing process
- Active sharing of your expertise as well as participation in the promotion and support of trainees/students

- Qualification as a certified nurse HF/FH
