Kitchen Studio Manager (m/f/d)
Your new responsibilities
Responsibility for the technical and disciplinary management of the kitchen studio team
- Responsibility for achieving sales targets in the kitchen studio
- Responsibility for the attractive presentation of goods in the kitchen studio
- Competent advice and enthusiasm for customers in our modern Pfister kitchen studios
- Inspiring customers with our attractive and varied range
- Planning and selling dream kitchens to our customers using the Carat planning tool
- Responsible for establishing and managing the process from offer to sales contract
Continuous development of the kitchen studio sales staff
- Regular exchanges with the branch manager and other managers
- Ongoing communication with the kitchen logistics and after-sales teams to ensure smooth order processing
What you bring
- Enjoyment in intensive customer contact and advisory services
- Experience in kitchen sales or installation
- Very good spatial representation skills and creativity
- Experience with digital planning systems (furniture, kitchens, space planning)
- Experience managing a team of 2-3 people
- Craftsman training
- Quick comprehension and solution-oriented action
- A confident and winning attitude
