Requirements Profile
- Qualification as Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF, DN II, AKP or a recognised equivalent qualification
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Responsible and independent working style
- High social competence and respectful interaction with elderly people
- Enjoyment of teamwork
Tasks
- Comprehensive care and support of residents
- Co-responsibility for high care quality and a professional care process
- Confident action and decision-making even in demanding situations
- Electronic care documentation and performance recording
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external specialists
- Participation in the supervision of trainees if interested
