Health Centres for the Elderly
Do you enjoy working with people? Together we ensure holistic care and comprehensive nursing for the residents. We work in the areas of long-term care, dementia, geriatrics, gerontopsychiatry, palliative care, and rehabilitative transitional care based on the latest knowledge and many years of experience. We will look together at which of our approximately 34 locations suits you best.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting the nursing process.
- You support us in implementing the city’s ageing strategy and contribute to achieving overarching goals.
- You perform nursing and medical-technical tasks, primarily in complex unstable situations.
- You advise and accompany residents and relatives during illness and crises.
Profile
- Excellent organisational talent with precise working methods
- Independent, responsible, and strategic action
- Training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- A heart for our residents
