We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to lead and develop the quality management system within a demanding industrial environment. You will play a key role in managing quality projects, optimising processes, product compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Our client is a recognised industrial player operating in a technical environment with high quality requirements. As part of the development of its activities and the continuous improvement of its processes, it is seeking a quality professional capable of supporting teams in their strategic and operational projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and improve the quality management system to ensure product compliance and process control.
- Manage internal, supplier, and customer non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.
- Define, monitor, and optimise quality processes and indicators.
- Ensure document consistency and compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate quality requirements during the development and launch of new products.
- Conduct risk analyses and monitor associated action plans.
- Manage quality relations with customers and suppliers, including conducting audits.
- Support production teams in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train staff on quality tools, methods, and requirements.
- Participate in the digitalisation and optimisation of industrial processes and control flows.
Candidate Profile
You match the following profile:
- Higher technical education in engineering, quality, industrial management, or equivalent field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a quality role within an industrial environment.
- Experience in quality project management and continuous improvement.
- Good command of advanced quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, MSA, capability).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
- Strong skills in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of industrial processes and technical production environments.
- Cross-functional leadership, autonomy, and excellent communication skills.
- Structured mindset, results-oriented and focused on continuous improvement.
