Vehicle Dispatcher 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You independently schedule and coordinate the vehicle fleet

• You manage vehicle deployments and ensure smooth operations in the fleet

• You coordinate appointments for maintenance, repairs and MOT inspections

• You act as the central interface between drivers, workshops and internal departments

• You monitor vehicle availability and optimise fleet utilisation

• You record all relevant processes and update vehicle data in the system

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed commercial training or hold a comparable qualification

• You must have experience as a vehicle dispatcher

• You work in a structured, organised manner and keep an overview even in stressful situations

• You enjoy communicating and are a team player

• You are confident with MS Office and common dispatch systems

• You hold a category B driving licence
