Construction Economist / Total Enterprise Project Developer

Your scope of action

• You take charge of the development, elaboration and presentation of exciting individual projects in timber and hybrid timber-concrete
• Within these development projects, you lead internal and external planning teams and advise clients and architects during the tender phase to find the best project solution
• You know and monitor public and private projects and tenders in the timber construction market and become active in prospecting when the opportunity arises
• In collaboration with internal specialists, you calculate solutions and building concepts tailored to our clients and lead contract negotiations until the contract is concluded
• Then you hand over the project to the internal project management for implementation, while remaining involved

Your qualities

• You have completed basic training in construction technology or studies in the field of construction and have a passion for sustainable materials such as wood and earth
• Thanks to the experience you have gained so far in construction and project management at the execution, planning and calculation level (preferably in similar prefabricated timber construction and total enterprise projects), you have acquired a solid technical understanding and thus master the project start
• As a team player, you communicate in French and German with your internal and external project teams and know how to motivate them to achieve common goals
• You work independently and in a structured manner and have a strong awareness of quality and costs
