For our partner company, an established Swiss enterprise in metal processing and assembly production for industrial sectors such as mechanical engineering, medical technology, and automotive, we are seeking an independent and motivated

Polymechanic Turning or Milling (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Setting up and operating turning or milling machining centres
• Running in new parts, optimising existing NC programmes and clamping devices
• Active assistance in optimising production processes, continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Ensuring key performance indicator targets
• Standard maintenance on the equipment
• General mechanical work

Your Profile

• Apprenticeship as a polymechanic, industrial mechanic or similar
• Several years of professional experience in mechanical processing
• Good knowledge of Siemens and Heidenhain controls
• Programming skills with TopSolid are an advantage
• Independent, precise working style as well as a high quality awareness
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (B1)
• Flexibility regarding working hours (shift work)
