Strategic Account Director 100%- Strategic management of the account: growth, profitability, long-term customer retention
- Leadership of the account team with 6 direct reports as well as the entire mandate organisation in the matrix
- Responsibility for the user experience of service users on site as well as for customer satisfaction
- Development of new services and innovative solutions for the customer (efficiency, user experience, digitalisation, sustainability, technology)
- Management of the governance structure with the customer
- Effective communication and collaboration with customer contacts as well as internal teams to ensure smooth work processes
- Budget and results responsibility
- Ensuring that all activities comply with compliance guidelines and governance requirements.
- University degree or higher education in facility management or higher education in a technical field (FH/MAS/NDS)
- Many years of professional experience in key account management or a comparable role in operational facility management
- Fluent German, solid French and English skills
- Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities
- Experience in matrix organisations
- Strong conceptual skills, analytical, solution-oriented
