Project Manager & Designer 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Responsibility for the independent management and coordination of projects in the field of building services manufacturing, excluding assembly

• Creation of technical drawings as well as execution of work preparation

• Clarification of technical issues and coordination of appointments and deliveries with customers

• Design of individual customer solutions in direct coordination with sales, purchasing, production planning and manufacturing departments

• Attendance at occasional customer appointments and technical clarifications directly on site

• Integration into a six-member technician team

• Commitment to the continuous development of the team and technical processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as a designer EFZ in the metal sector or comparable technical qualification

• At least five years of professional experience, preferably with a background in project management

• Confident handling of IT applications, especially Microsoft Office 365 and CAD systems (2D and 3D)

• Experience with SolidWorks is an advantage

• Solid expertise in metal technology, ideally in sheet metal technology or metal ceiling construction

• Strong communication skills and team orientation combined with a pronounced sense of responsibility

• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French and English skills are desirable

• Entrepreneurial thinking, enjoyment of customer contact and openness to new challenges
