What is my role?

In our state-of-the-art cheese dairy, genuine Swiss cheese is produced daily - including the well-known Lucerne cream cheese. With a lot of craftsmanship, the latest technology, and a strong team. As a plant operator, you ensure that high-quality cheese is made from the best milk.

• You operate and monitor our production facilities to ensure a smooth manufacturing process

• You ensure that our cheese products meet the highest quality standards

• You consistently implement hygiene, safety, and process standards

• With your technical understanding, you actively contribute ideas for optimisation

• You support employees and trainees in working with the equipment

• Cleaning, inspection, and minor maintenance work are naturally part of the job

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a dairy technologist EFZ or comparable training in food production

• Experience with production equipment and technical understanding

• High awareness of quality and hygiene

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system

• Motivation for further development and active participation
