What is my role?

• Carrying out high-quality assembly work of the product range with independent organisation of the workplace and equipment

• Active participation in achieving quality and performance targets as well as ensuring order and cleanliness

• Comprehensive understanding of production processes and their interrelations

• Creation and continuous updating of technical documentation

• Active involvement in the improvement and optimisation of assembly processes

• Regular participation in shopfloor meetings for process coordination

• Flexible support in the logistics area as needed

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training in electronics, plant and equipment construction, electrical engineering or a comparable technical qualification

• Precise and structured working method as well as the ability to work independently

• Good technical understanding of electrical and mechanical contexts

• Strong communication skills and team orientation for successful collaboration within the company

• German language skills at least at B2 level for smooth communication in everyday work
