IT Support Technician 100% (M/F)

Sontex is a prosperous and rapidly expanding SME active in the development and manufacture of systems for measuring thermal energy, headquartered in the Biel region. For 37 years, we have been developing, producing, and distributing precise devices used to record energy consumption. We help our customers use energy resources efficiently and save them. Our national and international clientele is active in building technology and automation. To strengthen our IT department team, we are looking for a:

Your main tasks

• User support for hardware and software technical incidents (levels L1 and L2)
• Installation and configuration of Windows workstations (PCs and peripherals, IT applications)
• Management and updating of documentation
• User training on tools and software
• Maintenance of the IT inventory
• Participation in the management and development of IT equipment
• Participation in improvement projects and in finding IT solutions

Your profile

• Federal VET Certificate as an IT specialist, ES technician or equivalent training
• Good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures and environment (Active Directory, Windows Server 2019/2022, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune and Entra))
• Knowledge of Atlassian administration is a plus
• Good knowledge of Windows workstations (Win10/11)
• Good knowledge of standard office programmes and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Powershell)
• Languages: good command of French and English. German is a plus.
• Independent, organised and meticulous person
