Medical Recruitment Consultant - Bern Romandie

Are you fluent in French, familiar with the recruitment world and/or come from the healthcare sector, with a desire to make a difference?

To strengthen our rapidly growing Medical team, we are looking for a motivated person who wishes to passionately develop the French-speaking market in the Bern region. You will be the preferred contact for our clients and candidates in the health and social sectors, while actively contributing to the development of your region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen our network of clients and candidates in the regions of Neuchâtel, Fribourg and the Bernese Jura
• Ensure the follow-up and commercial development of these regions
• Recruit professionals as well as executives in the medical and social sectors
• Actively prospect new clients by phone, via digital tools and in the field
• Conduct recruitment interviews and support candidates throughout the selection process
• Advise and retain existing clients while developing new partnerships
• Work independently with clear objectives and a wide margin of manoeuvre
• Place candidates matching our clients’ needs on temporary assignments, permanent positions or within our emergency pool

Profile

• Experience as a recruitment consultant, personnel advisor and/or in recruitment/human resources
• Excellent command of French (C2 level or native language)
• Good knowledge of German, both spoken and written
• Experience or interest in the health or social sectors is an asset
• Strong enthusiasm for business development, networking and human contact
• Autonomous, persevering, positive and solution-oriented personality
• Category B driving licence
