A versatile position in the ERP environment offers the opportunity to actively optimise business processes and help shape the further development of an established ABACUS solution. We are looking for a solution-oriented individual who enjoys mediating between the specialist department, IT, and external service providers.
You will accompany requirements from analysis to implementation and participate in ERP projects as well as international application rollouts. Additionally, you will support the organisation with support queries and contribute to the continuous digitalisation of processes.
Responsibilities:
Support of end users in 1st and 2nd level support for ABACUS
Recording, evaluating, and implementing requirements from the specialist departments
Developing and further developing efficient business processes
Managing external partners in more complex support and system issues
Participation in or management of ERP implementation projects and international rollouts
Documenting solutions, processes, and support cases as well as maintaining the ticketing system
Qualifications:
Completed training and several years of practical experience as an ABACUS user or in ERP support
Good knowledge of ABACUS FIBU, DEBI, KREDI, and PROJ
Confident handling of database systems and good understanding of business processes
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills
Experience with other ABACUS modules, BPE, ATK/System, reports or dashboards is an advantage
Good German and English skills (at least B2); experience with ERP implementations and system updates is an advantage
