IT Support - Workplace (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Ordering, installation & support of end devices (PCs, thin clients, printers, telephony)
IT support on site & remote (hotline, ticket system), including fault qualification
User & rights management in Active Directory, maintenance of documentation & processes
IT workplace relocations, inventory and ensuring knowledge transfer
Qualifications:
IT training (EFZ) or at least 3 years experience in IT support
Service-oriented, reliable, solution-focused and resilient in direct user support
Team player with high commitment and flexibility for regional assignments (driving licence category B)
Very good German skills, additionally English and possibly a second national language an advantage
