Responsibilities

• Manage your own licensed company with financial responsibility
• Placement of candidates in permanent positions across all professional fields from skilled workers, clerical staff to middle and senior management
• Leasing of temporary staff to existing and new clients in the craft, technical and commercial professional environment
• Recruitment of suitable candidates for the respective functions
• Personal and sustainable customer contact
• Sustainable expansion of the market position

Requirements

• Completed vocational or technical basic training with commercial further education or similar
• Several years of professional experience advantageous but not mandatory
• Commercial experience and good PC user skills (MS Office, e-mail, internet)
• Proven successful experience in sales and consulting in a managerial role
• Open and communicative manner as well as confident and customer-appropriate appearance
• Willingness to perform above average as an independent entrepreneur
