Your mission with usTogether with the entire HR team, you ensure that our employees and managers can rely on professional, personal, and straightforward HR support. With your expertise, hands-on mentality, and flair for administrative HR processes, you actively shape the employee experience at Arcplace.
What you will achieve with us- You are responsible for our HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle and ensure that contracts, confirmations, references, and other HR documents are created professionally and on time.
- You independently manage payroll, social security, and year-end tasks, ensuring correct and timely salary processing.
- You take charge of recruitments from A to Z, from job postings through active sourcing and interviews to contract creation.
- You competently advise managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
- You take care of our apprentices and promote their professional and personal development.
- You manage our HR systems such as Abacus, Leapsome, and softgarden as a key user and continuously drive digitalisation in HR forward.
- You contribute your ideas in HR projects, drive improvements, and actively shape the further development of our HR department.
- You are an open, pragmatic, and positive personality who feels comfortable in a dynamic SME environment.
- You like to get hands-on in day-to-day business while simultaneously taking responsibility for more complex HR topics: from employment contracts through payroll to recruitment and support, you feel at home across the entire HR spectrum.
- You work independently, carefully, and discreetly, but never lose sight of the team spirit.
- You have several years of professional experience as an HR generalist and are confident in HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- You bring a commercial education, further training in HR (e.g. HR specialist certificate), the KV trainer qualification, and very good knowledge of labour law.
- You are enthusiastic about digital tools: you work confidently and efficiently with HR systems, experience with Abacus is a plus.
- You communicate professionally in German and have very good English skills.
