Real Estate Agent or Junior Agent

with the option for leadership responsibility
Region Fricktal / Brugg | 80 - 100 %

Age: approx. 25 - 50 years

Your Profile

• Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact, confident appearance, and sales strength
• Regional ties or connection to Fricktal / Brugg area is an advantage
• Independent, committed, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Team spirit, openness, and passion for real estate
• Very good MS skills

Your Tasks

• Brokerage and sale of residential and investment properties
• Acquisition of new properties and care of our existing clientele
• Conducting viewings, negotiations, and contract conclusions
• Advising owners, buyers, and investors
• Co-designing marketing and sales strategies
• Optional: Taking on leadership tasks (team management)
