For the Meillerie and Cour homes, the Rambarde Foundation is seeking two social educators to support educational teams at 35% and 70%

Would you like to gain excellent professional experience in the field of child protection, boarding schools, and emergency reception? Are you an experienced professional with an independent activity, resuming work, or in need of part-time hours and seeking a stable income? This position is certainly for you!

Our mission:

Our three emergency and short-term care homes (from 2 days to 3 months) each accommodate 8 children aged 4 to 15 years. Each team works in collaboration with families and placement services to assess the feasibility of a return to the family or the need to establish a medium to long-term home. Your mission will be to support your team during key times at the home and with the children (activities, homework, meals, bedtimes, accompaniment to appointments, etc.) as well as with their families during visits.

Your profile:

• Swiss ASE, ES or HES diploma
• Experience in the desired field
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Holder of a driving licence
• Knowledge of common IT tools
• Dynamic, flexible, good resistance to stress and emergencies, sense of responsibility and initiative
