Die Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognized institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.

Application Manager with Focus on Digital Business (m/f/d), 80-100%
We are looking for support in the ICT area at the Lenzburg location starting September 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Application responsibility for the application portfolio of Klinik Im Hasel AG (KIS, ERP, etc.)
- Project participation in the introduction of the new KIS (Go Live 01.01.2028)
- Partner for the specialist departments regarding clinical and administrative processes
- Creation of documentation, training materials, and conducting user training
- Planning and execution of changes, releases, and updates of core applications as well as coordination of interfaces
- Leadership of specialist committees
- Leadership or active participation in IT and digitization projects
- Support for workplace support and co-supervision of IT infrastructure
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and suppliers
Your profile
- Education in computer science/business informatics or comparable qualification
- Experience as an application manager, business analyst, or project staff in the IT environment
- Ideally experience in healthcare
- Motivated and team-oriented personality who actively contributes
- Ability and interest to understand processes in clinical operations
- Goal-oriented and structured working style with good organizational skills
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Occasional willingness to travel between locations
